Job Description
Hays Civil Engineering are partnering with a leading infrastructure contractor delivering a major water transmission project. We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to support the successful delivery of a significant pipeline scheme, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and quality requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project and play a key role in the management of pipeline, tunnelling and associated civil engineering works.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across pipeline and tunnelling activities
- Manage subcontractors, labour and plant resources
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards
- Coordinate confined space activities and permit systems
- Monitor programme performance and drive delivery against key milestones
- Manage site documentation, inspections and reporting requirements
- Work closely with engineering, commercial and project management teams
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with contract specifications and industry regulations
