About the Role

Our client is a leading main contracting Civil Engineering and Construction company, delivering design-and-build projects with clients in the water treatment sector across the UK.

They require a Site Agent to join their delivery team for a design and build water/wastewater treatment framework in the Thames Valley region with projects ranging from £5m – over £100m.

You will be joining a growing collaborative team with a great reputation in the UK Civil Engineering industry.

Responsibilities

As Site Agent, ideally you will have previous non-infrastructure water experience, but they could consider candidates from a heavy civil/construction design and build background who has worked on large scale projects.

We’re looking for a Site Agent to take a leading role in delivering safe, efficient and profitable civil engineering projects. You’ll be responsible for driving programme, quality and budget performance while supporting and mentoring your team to achieve successful project outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
