Redfish are partnering with a renowned Civil Engineering Contractor seeking an experienced Site Agent with major structures experience to support the delivery of Oxfordshire’s most ambitious infrastructure programmes, aimed at improving regional connectivity, enabling sustainable growth, and enhancing active travel.
About the Programme
The scheme comprises four major components:
- Dual carriageway upgrade with new junctions and 1.6km of segregated walking and cycling routes
- A three-span bridge spanning road and rail corridors, linking key development sites
- New carriageway and bridges
- A 2.2km bypass connecting, easing congestion and improving access to strategic locations

Essential experience
- Hands-on experience of delivering structures/bridge projects under NEC
- HNC or higher in Civil Engineering
- Highways experience
