Role Description
Hernon Municipal Engineering Ltd is expanding and we're looking for an experienced Site Agent to join our team on an exciting new infrastructure project in Bristol. If you thrive in a fast-paced civil engineering environment and have experience delivering utility or major infrastructure schemes, we'd love to hear from you.

- Proven experience as a Site Agent within Civil Engineering
- National Grid experience is essential (or equivalent major utility/infrastructure experience)
- Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation
- Ability to manage subcontractors, direct labour and supply chain partners
- Experience delivering works safely, on programme and within budget
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
- Temporary Works knowledge desirable
What you'll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
- Coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
- Liaising with clients, engineers and stakeholders
- Maintaining site documentation and quality records
- Driving programme performance while maintaining the highest safety standards

£400/day (negotiable)
