We're looking for an Agent to join our Thames Water framework team based at Mogden STW in Twickenham.
Location: Mogden STW, Twickenham
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
As an Agent, you'll play a key role in managing all civil and structural works at Mogden STW. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of project delivery, working collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure schemes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for managing resources effectively whilst maximising customer satisfaction and project profitability.
What will you be responsible for?
As An Agent, You'll Be Working Within The Project Team, Supporting Them In Delivering Successful Outcomes Across All Civil And Structural Works. Your Day To Day Will Include
- Planning and programming works to ensure effective resource utilisation and commercial performance
- Taking full ownership of profit and loss for your schemes, maintaining robust cost control
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems
- Creating detailed programmes to plan and measure daily activities, ensuring works meet specification requirements
- Working collaboratively across divisions to promote a one-team approach and identify opportunities for improvement

What are we looking for?
This Role Of Agent Is Great For You If
- You hold a relevant qualification such as a Management qualification, NVQ Level 3, HNC, or Degree
- You have practical experience working with reinforced concrete, underground services, groundworks, and civil engineering
- You possess excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to lead technical teams
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail with a proactive, collaborative approach to your work
- You're either Chartered with ICE or working towards Chartership
