Role overview
Knights Brown is an independent civil engineering contractor delivering complex work across energy, water utilities, infrastructure, coasts & ports, and buildings.
We are looking for a Site Agent to deliver civil engineering works across waste water infrastructure projects within our Water Division.
This role will take responsibility for site-level project delivery, ensuring work is planned, managed and executed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead site delivery, taking ownership of construction activities from planning through to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to required quality standards
- Plan, programme and coordinate labour, plant and materials to achieve efficient delivery
- Drive a strong health, safety and environmental culture across site operations
- Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure performance and compliance
- Work closely with project managers, engineers and commercial teams
- Monitor progress, resolve issues and maintain accurate site records and reporting
- Contribute to cost control, programme management and overall project performance

What we’re looking for
- Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure project delivery
- Proven ability to lead site teams and deliver construction works successfully
- Experience delivering reinforced concrete packages, deep drainage and water attenuation
- Strong understanding of programme, construction delivery and site coordination
- Working knowledge of contracts, cost control and project reporting
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
