We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Site Assistant to join our Site Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and friendly environment, ensuring the school remains a clean, safe, and well-maintained space for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the school site.
- Opening and closing the school buildings on a rotational basis (6:30am opening, 6:00pm closing).
- Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.
- Assisting with site security and health & safety procedures.
- Setting up rooms and spaces for school events and activities.
- Working flexibly to accommodate the needs of the school.

About You
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- A good team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic maintenance and DIY skills are desirable.
- Willingness to adapt to the needs of the school, including occasional flexibility with working hours.
