About the Role
Project Overview:
The Site Automation Implementation Lead (Center) is a central M&T Digital Solutions role responsible for leading the setup, configuration, implementation, deployment, and initial stabilization of Site Automation applications across M&T projects.
The position serves as the primary implementation interface between the M&T Digital Solutions Center, project Site Automation teams, PIIM, Construction, Engineering, Supply Chain, IS&T, integration teams, application owners, and vendors. The Implementation Lead works with projects from early planning and requirements definition through application configuration, integration readiness, testing, deployment, go-live, and transition to the project team for sustained operations.
This role supports multiple projects simultaneously and is responsible for establishing a consistent, repeatable implementation approach across the M&T portfolio. Rather than each project independently determining how applications should be established and deployed, the Implementation Lead helps apply standard configurations, implementation processes, readiness criteria, testing practices, and lessons learned from previous deployments.
The position is both technical and execution focused. While application specialists and technical teams may perform detailed configuration, development, infrastructure, or integration activities, the Implementation Lead maintains overall responsibility for coordinating the implementation, ensuring dependencies are addressed, validating readiness, and driving the application through successful deployment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
