About The Role

We are seeking a Site Care Partner to join our team in a remote capacity. This home-based position includes regular travel across the UK. As a Site Care Partner, you will serve as the primary point of contact for investigative sites throughout the clinical study lifecycle, supporting study start-up, activation, site engagement, recruitment performance, study conduct, and closeout activities.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring site operational success, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality study delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your impact, strengthen strategic site partnerships, and further develop your career within a global clinical development organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support country and site selection processes by providing local intelligence, feasibility insights, and site assessment input
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investigator sites throughout the study lifecycle
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for site level questions, coordinating issue resolution across study teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure completion of required training, documentation, and systems activities necessary for successful site activation and study execution
  • Drive site recruitment planning and enrolment support to help achieve study and country level targets
  • Maintain regular communication with sites to monitor study progress, recruitment performance, and operational deliverables
  • Review site monitoring reports and support site compliance with informed consent documentation and amendments
  • Oversee site related deliverables, ensuring timely completion of data entry, data review activities, database lock readiness, and investigator documentation
  • Proactively identify quality, compliance, and operational risks using study data and local intelligence, and implement appropriate mitigation plans
  • Support implementation of decentralized trial capabilities and site adoption of study technologies and processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize communication, improve site experience, and strengthen study delivery outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
