Lead Excellence. Inspire People. Shape the Future of Workplace Services.

Are you an experienced cleaning or soft services leader looking for your next challenge within an innovative commercial environment?

We are one of London's leading providers of commercial cleaning and support services, proudly recognised as London's Most Awarded Cleaning Company in 2024 and winners of the European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards 2025 – Best Company to Work For.

Since 1986, we've built our reputation on exceptional service, innovation, and family values. Our people-first culture is at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a passionate, driven Site Account Manager to lead one of our flagship contracts in the heart of London.

This is a high-profile opportunity to take ownership of a prestigious commercial property within one of London's most innovative business campuses, delivering exceptional service standards while creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.

The Opportunity

As Site Account Manager, you will lead the delivery of all contracted cleaning and soft services, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, team engagement, and continuous improvement.

  • You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, property management teams, and occupiers to create an outstanding workplace experience while driving innovation, sustainability, and commercial performance.
  • This role is ideal for an ambitious leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building happy, high-performing teams that consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Contract/Site Management

  • Ensure the service delivery specification is implemented and adhered to.
  • Regular client liaison: plan and implement a visitation programme to monitor standards and client satisfaction in all contracts, via the Quality Service Level Indicator/ECAT procedure.
  • Ensure all client queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure the line manager is kept fully advised of any operational difficulties, especially those, which would jeopardise the retention of the contract. Recommend, as appropriate, improvements, staffing numbers and rates that are in the best interest of the business.
  • Ensure that the financial performance of each contract is being controlled to the budgeted requirements. This relates to:
    • Staffing levels and pay rates
    • Materials and equipment
    • Payroll completion
    • Plan manning, equipment and material levels for periodic work.
    • Other costs such as vehicles etc.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
