About @inc and MENTA

@inc is a brand of the Mid Anglia Enterprise Agency (MENTA), Suffolk and Norfolk's leading enterprise agency.

We're a coworking business space based in the heart of Bury St Edmunds, alongside our sister site in Southwold. Our sites bring together a growing community of entrepreneurs, freelancers and small businesses, supported by a team of business advisers, marketing colleagues and site coordinators working together across our locations. We also have two additional MENTA sites across town in Bury St Edmunds and in Brandon, home to a wide range of tenants from private offices to fitness, beauty and tattoo studios.

MENTA is a not-for-profit organisation that has been providing business advice and support across Suffolk and Norfolk for over 40 years, helping local entrepreneurs turn ideas into thriving businesses.

About the Role

This is a brilliantly varied, hands-on role — no two days look quite the same. You'll be the friendly face that greets everyone who walks through our door, the go-to person keeping our unstaffed business unit sites running smoothly behind the scenes, and a key part of the team helping our workshops, funders and delivery partners come together. If you like variety, enjoy talking to people, and don't mind wearing a few different hats in one day, you'll feel right at home.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
