Job Description

We're looking for a Site Completion Engineer to bridge construction and commissioning on a major thermal/EfW plant project, driving handover documentation, snag resolution, and final inspection processes to keep the project on track. Site-based | Reports to: Site Construction Manager

What You'll Be Doing

  • Participating in construction final inspections (FIS) with the construction team.
  • Coordinating potential design modification with the Project Engineering Manager
  • Preparing and reporting progress on Turnover Packages (TOP)
  • Coordinating piping support inspections and ATEX inspections with engineering, suppliers, and third-party certifiers
  • Ensuring accurate as-built P&IDs are provided, collected, and transferred back to the Project Engineering Manager
  • Actively promoting compliance with project HSEQ requirements across the team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' professional experience, ideally as a commissioning lead engineer with construction background on large-scale industrial plants
  • Experience on KVI or Energy from Waste plants, and process/operating knowledge of thermal plants (EfW, Biomass, Coal)
  • Strong understanding of P&ID, isometrics, construction drawings, and industrial process systems
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Country HSE qualification and good command of English (additional languages an advantage)
