About The Role
We are recruiting a Site Compliance Technician to review activities of our service partners from a process and customer perspective. Particular focus to be given to jetting operations to provide guidance in the agreed best practice process and techniques. The role will cover the geographical spread on the NWG wastewater network and reports to the Framework Customer & Service Delivery Manager.
Location: Bowburn
What We Will Expect From You
- Review and approve jetting operations whilst mentoring the field teams
- Build trust with supply chain to aid mentoring of teams
- Undertake site and operational process audits whilst highlighting any H&S concerns
- Monitor customer impact of activities at all times
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by our partners
- Monitor progress of both reactive and pre planned maintenance work from a process & customer prospective
- Maintain up to date and accurate records for customer client bespoke systems
- Maintain company quality assurance documentation for ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 systems
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Capturing learnings from activities and sharing with stakeholders
- Support wider department when necessary
- The Group is committed to achieving a high standard of Health and Safety in all its activities and the post holder will be expected to contribute to maintaining standards to ensure compliance with all appropriate legislation
- To take a full role in the implementation of personal development through appraisals and to participate in any identified training or development opportunities

Qualifications
- Varied experience of the wastewater network
- Varied experience of High-Pressure Water Jetting, Vacuum tanker, CCTV surveys and trenchless technologies (patching/lining/pipe bursting)
- Full clean UK driving licence
