Job Description

Kanadevia Inova is recruiting an experienced Site Construction Manager for a high-profile leadership role on major EPC power and industrial plant projects.

The position will initially be based in the UK working on a London project, with the opportunity to evolve into a global role as the business continues to grow internationally.

We are specifically interested in hearing from Site Construction Managers with M&E or Process experience, who have worked on the construction of EPC projects, values at between £100 - £500M, in Energy from Waste (EfW) or Power plants.

This senior site leadership role is responsible for safety, programme, quality and contractor performance across all mechanical, electrical and civil construction activities.

You will act as the key interface between contractors, suppliers and project management to ensure safe, compliant and on-time delivery of complex facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enforce Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) across all site activities
  • Manage day-to-day mechanical, electrical and civil construction works
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors, suppliers and site engineers
  • Control programme, progress reporting, inspections and handover activities
  • Deputise for the Site Manager and act as senior site representative when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
