Site Content Coordinator

MR PORTER is the men’s luxury style destination. Through content across all its platforms, it provides expert styling advice, immersive storytelling, and profiles inspiring men, places and products. Consciously Crafted, its responsible product curation, supports customers to shop with a focus on conscious consumerism. MR PORTER Health In Mind, its long-standing initiative in partnership with Movember, raises awareness of men’s mental and physical health. MR PORTER is part of LuxExperience, the leading digital, multi-brand luxury group.

MRPORTER are looking for a Site Content Coordinator to join the Site Content Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning our homepage content across devices, considering sell through, product performance and customer group. As well as supporting the wider Customer Marketing Team. The role is extremely cross functional and requires excellent communication and project management skills as well as a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.

Location: Our Westfield office in Shepherd’s Bush
Reporting into: Site Content Manager
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office)

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the production controller for all onsite content (Homepage, PLPs, Mega Nav, Exit Gates), collaborating with the Product Marketing Manager to tailor messages by device, customer group, and region while performing daily site standard checks.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and post-campaign analysis across the homepage, categories, brands, and editorial content to drive in-week trade, develop reporting with the Site Content Manager, and document lessons learned.
  • Lead end-to-end promotional and seasonal execution by planning customer journeys with content managers, managing T&Cs and comms plans, drafting asset briefs, and coordinating all SALE asset sign-offs to meet delivery deadlines.
  • React dynamically to in-week trading requirements by immediately updating documentation and communicating key actions out to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with the Brand Partnership team to schedule dedicated brand homepage support while offering ad hoc assistance to the broader Customer Team and conducting regular competitor analysis.
  • Schedule web production resources and maintain the content team's Trello board to eliminate bottlenecks, ensure BAU homepage sign-offs with creative and marketing, and align directly with content producers.
  • Own BAU documentation and deadlines, continuously optimizing ways of working and cross-functional processes alongside copy, production, fashion, translations, and web production teams.
