Purpose of the Role

The Site Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Site Management team, acting as a central point of contact for site personnel, visitors, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and back-office functions. The role supports the safe and efficient execution of construction projects while ensuring compliance with our clients procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain site reports, records, databases, KPI metrics, crew change information, and personnel documentation.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, transport manifests, and logistics for site personnel.
  • Act as the site's first point of contact, managing visitors, communications, and reception duties.
  • Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and support general site administration.
  • Monitor office supplies, process purchase orders where required, and support budget checks.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
  • Assist and train colleagues as required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business administration and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in multicultural environments.
  • Customer-focused, service-minded, and team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP, schedule management, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Safety-conscious with an interest in construction projects and the wind industry.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in office administration, business administration, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with office management processes, preferably within the Offshore Wind Industry.
  • Experience living and working in an intercultural environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Customer focus, analytical ability, and adaptability to change.
  • No PWTCF training profile required for onshore roles; however, site or country-specific requirements may apply (e.g., UK Safety Passport).
  • E-learning and online training completion as required.
