We are currently partnering with an exciting, growth-focused, well-invested food manufacturing business.

Currently entering a new cycle of evolution, they are looking to recruit a Site Director to lead the operation. This opportunity requires more than an experienced Site Director. We are seeking a transformational leader who has successfully led organizations through significant operational and cultural change.

Ideally, you will have worked within businesses that have implemented TPM or other world-class manufacturing methodologies, giving you first-hand experience of what "good" looks like and, more importantly, how to take an organization on that journey. You will understand that sustainable operational excellence is achieved through leadership, capability development, and disciplined processes rather than individual heroics.

You will bring the credibility, resilience, and coaching style needed to shift a reactive culture into one where accountability, continuous improvement, and operational discipline become the norm. Above all, you will be passionate about developing people and building a leadership team capable of sustaining high performance long after the transformation has been delivered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
