This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to shape the future of a strategically significant manufacturing site. As Senior Director, Site Lead for Hull & Melton, you will take full accountability for a complex, multi-functional operation and play a critical role within the Wound Global Operations Leadership team. You will define direction, drive transformation and ensure the site continues to deliver exceptional performance in a highly regulated and demanding environment.
What will you be doing?
You will set and execute the long-term strategic direction, aligning site priorities with the broader global supply strategy. Leading a diverse and senior leadership team, you will create clarity, alignment, and momentum across manufacturing, quality, regulatory, R&D, and finance.
Your leadership will extend beyond operational excellence. You will champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation, ensuring the site is future-ready. From leading large-scale transformation programs to navigating complex regulatory landscapes, you will balance strategic vision with operational discipline.
As a key member of the global operations leadership team, you will also contribute to shaping the future of Wound Operations more broadly, bringing insight, challenge, and leadership beyond the site.

What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role is defined by your ability to lead at scale while inspiring confidence across a broad and senior stakeholder group.
- A proven track record of executive-level operations leadership within a complex, highly regulated, multinational environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation, modernization, and cultural change across multi-functional teams
- Deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, quality systems, and HSE, with a strong focus on governance and compliance
- A strategic mindset combined with strong presence and influence, enabling you to operate effectively at site, regional, and global levels
