About Us

With the recent integration of EnviroCentre into Cura Terrae, our Land & Nature business builds on more than 30 years of ecological and environmental consultancy expertise. Together, we offer the reassurance of established technical excellence alongside the wider resources and multidisciplinary capabilities of the Cura Terrae group.

The Role

We're looking for motivated and observant individuals with a background in Ecology to join our Construction Site Services team. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of ecological and environmental services across a diverse range of development and land-use projects. Working closely with clients, contractors, and project teams, you will provide ecological and construction compliance advice throughout project lifecycles, helping to ensure compliance with environmental legislation, planning conditions, and best practice guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW) services, providing onsite ecological advice and environmental compliance support.
  • Produce and contribute to ecological reports, assessments, and technical deliverables (e.g., protected species surveys, UKHab).
  • Plan and coordinate field surveys, ensuring effective delivery and high-quality data collection.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with planning conditions, legislation, and ecological mitigation measures.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams to promote positive environmental outcomes.
  • Collect, analyse, and map ecological data using GIS/QGIS.
  • Prepare risk assessments and support the safe delivery of field and site-based work.
  • Manage small-scale projects, including programme management, client liaison, and reporting.
  • Support wider team operations through administrative and project coordination activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
