Responsibilities
- Operate all systems within the facility in a competent, effective, and efficient manner. Making recommendations for improvement and providing concise technical reports when required.
- Completing PPMs and Reactive works across the sites.
- Working closely with the engineering team, ensure that Specialist Vendors visits have been prepared and approved by the site FMs.
- Attend and deliver weekly operations meetings, client meetings as requested.
- Support CAFM systems and helpdesk, keeping within "green" SLAs & KPIs.
- Ensure the asset database is correct and up to date.
- Monitor utilities usage and report to the Account Team on any abnormalities or energy savings.
- Manage onsite critical spares, including maintaining site stock register and monthly auditing.
- Ensure all critical equipment operational issues are brought to the Customer's attention immediately and provide all relevant reports with recommendations.
- Proactively promote a "Safety First" culture in line with the JLL Cardinal Rules of Safety, which are adhered to by all engineering teams.

Personal Specification
- Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.
- 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation desirable.
- C&G 2391 test and inspection; BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing, and certification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
- Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
- Good IT and report writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm, clear thinking, and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
- Individuals who can demonstrate commitment and previous experience but do not meet all the required technical qualifications may be considered subject to approval.
- Demonstrate a willingness to attend on and off-site training for MEP assets, which may require nights away from home due to the nature of the specialist training such as HV Authorised Person Training.
- A high level of initiative, with drive to continuously improve the operation.
- A smart, presentable corporate appearance.
- Advanced communication skills with a full understanding of customer needs & expectations.
- Ability to comprehend and act upon both verbal and written instructions.
- Enthusiasm and demonstration of pro-activity, diligence, and alertness, with the willingness to participate in appropriate internal training programs.
- Integrity, honesty, and punctuality is also expected.
