About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Site Engagement Representative to strengthen Boston Energy’s presence across our offshore wind projects across the UK. You’ll spend time on-site building trusted relationships with customers and field-based technicians, identifying issues early, promoting a positive safety culture, and keeping communication flowing between sites and our central teams.

As Boston Energy’s local representative, you’ll support technician engagement, customer relationships, and smooth project delivery. You will be the trusted link between customers, technicians, and internal teams, helping projects run effectively and ensuring people feel supported.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain a visible presence across our UK sites and offshore wind projects
  • Build strong relationships with customers, site teams, and technicians
  • Act as the local link between sites and Boston Energy’s central teams
  • Support technician welfare, engagement, and a strong safety culture
  • Identify and escalate site issues
  • Gather feedback and share key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support workforce mobilisation, rotations, and site readiness

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
