Job Introduction
As a result of PMIs for additional works and ramp-up instructions for works in Euston, we have vacancies for a Site Engineer within the Earthworks & Structures Delivery Unit.
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of civil engineering works on the HS2 project by coordinating site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, and liaising with subcontractors and internal teams.

- On site managing works 90% day
- Setting out
- Attending SOS/daily coordination meetings
- Completing site diaries, manage subcontractors
- Drafting quality documentation and reviewing subcontractor documentation
- Reviewing WPPs/ TBSs and registers
- Carry out TRM, implement safety improvements
- Plan works for the next two weeks
- Communicate plans and issues to Section Engineer
- Order materials, material reconciliation
- Draft TW Design Briefs
- Completing quality check sheets

AutoCAD experience
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree or equivalent in Civil, Structural, or Environmental Engineering
- Relevant CSCS card
- Experience in civil engineering/infrastructure projects, ideally rail-related
- Strong understanding of safety systems and temporary works procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Total Station)
