This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with experience in highways, structures or civil engineering maintenance to further develop their career on one of the UK's most iconic bridge networks.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate day-to-day site activities with supervisors, operatives and subcontractors.
  • Support the implementation of RAMS, permits, site briefings and associated control measures.
  • Carry out quality assurance activities including inspections, material verification, check sheets, snagging and close-out activities.
  • Maintain accurate site records including diaries, photographs, test results, as-built information and handover documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating traffic management interfaces, temporary works, specialist subcontractors and access requirements.
  • Monitor site progress and provide updates on productivity, constraints, risks and completed works.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the contract.
  • Support the delivery team in ensuring all works are completed in accordance with specification, programme and quality requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
