Site Engineer – Brighton
£55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits
We are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to join a major design and build c. 200-bed hotel project in Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer to join a high-profile project and play a key role in supporting the delivery of a large-scale development.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on hotel, residential, or mixed-use projects and be confident supporting site delivery from a technical perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out and ensuring works are delivered accurately
- Working closely with the project team to support construction activities
- Reviewing drawings and resolving technical queries
- Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and in line with project requirements
- Maintaining accurate site records and documentation

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer on construction projects
- Experience working on hotel, residential, or mixed-use developments preferred
- Strong setting out and technical skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a site team
We are open to candidates based in Brighton, London (within a commutable distance), or engineers based in Northern Ireland who are open to travelling fortnightly.
