Site Engineer/Setting Out Engineer – RC Frame / Concrete Structures
Aston, Birmingham
Day Rate or PAYE available - £300-£350/day
We are currently seeking an experienced Site/Setting Out Engineer to join a leading specialist contractor working on major reinforced concrete frame projects within the UK construction sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile stadium redevelopment scheme in Birmingham, delivering complex structural works in a fast-paced site environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out for reinforced concrete frames and structural works
- Working closely with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
- Ensuring accuracy of all dimensional control on site
- Interpreting technical drawings and construction information
- Carrying out as-built surveys and QA checks
- Supporting delivery of works to programme and specification
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer within RC frame / concrete structures
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, etc.)
- Previous experience on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects
- Excellent attention to detail and site coordination skills
- Must hold the right to work in the UK
