Looking for your next challenge with one of the UK's leading civil engineering contractors?

Company

I'm working with a highly respected and well-established civil engineering contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering major highways and infrastructure projects across the UK. Thanks to continued success and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to recruit an experienced Site Engineer to join their team in Oxford.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business renowned for investing in its people, promoting from within and delivering high-profile projects that make a real difference to local communities.

The Role

You'll play a key role in the successful delivery of highways and civil engineering schemes, working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
