Strategic Planning

A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking a strong Site Engineer with either a tier 2 contracting background or experience within a self‑delivery environment. This role suits someone who thrives in a hands‑on, delivery‑focused setting and brings structure, technical capability and pace to complex civil engineering works.

You'll be joining a business that delivers major infrastructure schemes through disciplined planning, robust engineering and a culture built around accountability. If you have experience in FRC, scour protection, or MSP, that will be a clear advantage.

The Role

You will support day‑to‑day delivery across a range of civil engineering packages, ensuring works are set out accurately, executed safely and aligned with programme and specification. Working closely with Agents, Project Engineers and commercial teams, you'll help maintain progress, manage change on the ground and uphold high standards of documentation and quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
