Engineering Manager

Harrogate | Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Enhanced Benefits

This isn't just another Engineering Manager role.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading Engineering, Utilities and Facilities
  • Developing the site's long-term engineering strategy
  • Delivering major capital investment projects
  • Improving equipment reliability and manufacturing performance
  • Coaching and developing the engineering team
  • Driving continuous improvement, sustainability and operational excellence

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing business direction, not just maintaining equipment.

You'll ideally have:

  • Engineering Management experience within FMCG manufacturing
  • Experience working in highly automated production environments (Krones knowledge desirable)
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Experience delivering CapEx projects and engineering improvements
  • A degree (or equivalent) in Engineering
  • Excellent commercial awareness, reporting and analytical skills
