Location: Torness Power Station
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday–Thursday, 07:45–16:15 | Friday, 07:45–13:15

Dalkia is looking for a proactive and driven Site Excellence Lead to join our team at Torness Power Station.
This is a key role focused on maintaining and improving the standards that support a safe, efficient and well-run site. You'll work across the station, engaging with managers, teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, challenge standards where necessary and make sure agreed actions are delivered.

What You'll Be Doing
As Site Excellence Lead, you'll play an important role in driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the station. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out regular site walkdowns, inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring standards are maintained.
- Driving improvements in housekeeping, leak management, laydown areas and overall site presentation.
- Promoting and embedding site excellence standards across the station.
- Working closely with managers and teams to challenge performance, provide constructive feedback and hold people accountable for maintaining agreed standards.
- Analysing performance data, identifying trends and turning insights into practical improvement actions.
- Monitoring actions through to completion and providing clear updates on progress and performance.
- Building strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting meetings, reporting, communications and general administration associated with site excellence activities.
- Contributing ideas and initiatives that help create a safer, cleaner, more efficient and more effective working environment.

What We're Looking For
You'll be organised, confident and comfortable working with people at all levels. You'll have the ability to spot opportunities for improvement, challenge constructively and follow through to achieve results.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience in administration, operations support, facilities management, site services or a similar environment.
- A proactive approach, with a strong eye for detail and a genuine commitment to high standards.
- The confidence to engage with and influence managers, teams and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical skills, with experience using data to identify trends and produce clear reports.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work independently across a busy operational environment.
