Leading facilities across a world-class manufacturing environment

Are you a strategic facilities leader ready to take ownership of a complex, high-performing manufacturing site?

We're retained by a major industrial organisation seeking a Site Facilities Manager to lead plant-wide Facilities, Utilities, and Environmental performance across their busy manufacturing facility. This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for ensuring operational continuity, compliance excellence, and the delivery of ambitious energy and carbon reduction targets.

The Opportunity

This is more than a facilities role—it's a senior leadership position with real influence. You'll shape both the short-term operational performance and long-term infrastructure and sustainability strategy of a large-scale manufacturing environment.

You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams across facilities, utilities, and environmental functions, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and in line with evolving regulatory and sustainability demands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
