We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Site Foreman to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance across all activities on a water networking contract. Your leadership will drive project progress, coordinate teams, and maintain high standards of management and supervision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Duties
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
- Drive teams on complete daily targets
- Coordinate with project managers to schedule work phases and allocate resources effectively
- Oversee the management of site personnel, providing guidance, supervision, and support to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and quality standards
- Manage documentation related to project progress, safety reports, and compliance records
- Address on-site issues promptly by collaborating with team members and implementing corrective actions

Experience
- Proven management experience in utilities and civils.
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills for clear coordination among team members.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction or industrial sites
