Why Join Us

Arcus FM are currently recruiting for a proactive and detail-driven Site Inspector to join our Account Management team, covering the Midlands down to the South West, supporting a leading national client.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a wide-ranging inspection programme across thousands of sites—helping to maintain high standards, ensure compliance, and improve the customer and tenant experience.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive Salary – Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings
  • Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out)

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting building condition surveys across a large portfolio of railway arches, identifying defects and areas for improvement, and recommending appropriate remedial actions.

  • You’ll record and report your findings using Arcus FM’s internal systems while also capturing and logging utility data, such as meter readings where required.
  • A key part of your role will involve reviewing energy usage—particularly at unoccupied or underused sites—and ensuring compliance by reviewing tenant documentation.
  • You’ll also identify and address any misuse of sites by tenants, carry out pre-handover inspections, and scope out any necessary remedial works.
  • With responsibility for planning and completing inspections across approximately 2,000 sites annually, you’ll work closely with tenants to arrange visits and ensure all relevant data is gathered accurately and on time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
