Job Title: Site Installation Engineer
Location: Banbury
Position Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £19.00 per hour
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
- Friday: 07:00 – 14:00 (Enjoy an early finish to your weekend!)
Breaks:
- 15-minute morning break (Fully Paid)
- 30-minute lunch break (Unpaid)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Site Installation Engineer to join our team.
The Role
As a Site Installation Engineer, you will be the face of our company on-site, ensuring our high-end ventilation systems and commercial catering equipment are installed safely, accurately, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on, practical role on modern commercial construction sites that requires a sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.

What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following vital criteria:
- Accreditation: A valid CSCS or Skillcard accreditation of at least green colour is mandatory.
- Site Experience: Proven, hands-on experience working on modern building sites. You must have an excellent understanding of strict Health & Safety compliance, proper PPE usage, and fast-paced site working conditions.
- Tool Proficiency: Solid knowledge and confidence in using a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Fixing Solutions: Proven experience fixing structures and equipment securely to ceilings, floors, and walls using a variety of different anchors, brackets, and site solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently hold professional conversations with key stakeholders, including site managers, customers, and other trades.
- Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential.
