Job Summary
The Site Installation Manager, working with the sales team, project managers, engineering team is responsible for liaising, planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of projects specific site installation activities on site. Ensuring that designs are FFP, site conditions / constraints are understood and considered when sold, designed, delivered & installed.
Working closely with the Sales, Engineering, Project Management at the front end of projects to ensure all projects are sold and designed that are deliverable and can be installed safely, and efficiently.

Working with the project and installation teams and managing / mentoring the site Installation Teams, to ensure that all projects are delivered safely, to the required quality standards, efficiently, on time and within budgets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Developing installation methodologies/ processes
- Creating RAMS
- Managing site resources
- Creating project-specific documentation as & when required
- Driving continuous improvement through the development of and evolving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and installation best practices
- Ensuring installation team members are trained and certified accordingly
- Handling management and disciplinary issues
