This is a vacancy for labour-only subcontractors to support with our expanding operations.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Operating brick and stone cleaning equipment
- Preparing and managing materials
- Assisting with repointing and brickwork repairs
- Managing debris and maintaining a clean, safe working area
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols on-site
- Supporting the team with general construction and restoration activities
Qualifications & Experience
- A valid CSCS card
- Previous experience in manual labour, construction or building maintenance
- Experience in brickwork, repointing or stonework would be advantageous
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and best practices in construction
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Training & Development
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop a long-term career in heritage restoration.
Previous experience in restoration is not essential. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, willing to learn and keen to develop their skills.

The successful person will receive hands-on training and experience across a range of specialist restoration techniques, including brick cleaning, repointing, lime mortar, stone repair and façade restoration, with the aim of developing them into a multi-skilled restoration operative.
A genuine interest in learning traditional and specialist restoration techniques is more important to us than having extensive previous experience.
