Job Title: Site (Welfare)

Location: Oxford, OX3
Pay Rate: GBP16.55 per hour
Paid: 8.5 Hours Per Day (Monday - Friday)
Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing (Up to 2-Year Contract)

About The Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive CSCS Welfare Labourer to maintain high standards of hygiene and welfare across a major long-term construction project in Oxford. This is a secure, 2-year assignment offering steady daily hours and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain all site welfare areas, including canteens, offices, drying rooms, and toilet facilities.
  • Conduct regular cleaning, sanitisation, and waste management across all communal site units.
  • Monitor and restock welfare supplies (soap, paper towels, sanitiser, cleaning consumables).
  • Assist site management with light general labouring duties and site housekeeping when required.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly maintained on site.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Valid CSCS Green (or equivalent) card required.
  • Proven track record in site welfare cleaning, commercial cleaning, or construction site support.
  • Full site PPE required (Hard Hat, High-Vis, Steel Toe Cap Boots, Gloves).
  • To be Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
