Based in Walsall, the Site Lead Installer role involves leading on-site installation teams, coordinating materials, equipment, and schedules, ensuring safe and accurate platform installations, liaising with clients and project managers, and maintaining high standards of quality and health and safety.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in flooring, construction, or event installations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Full UK driving licence with a willingness to travel throughout the UK and occasionally Europe
