Are you an experience administrator looking for the next step in your career? Become a Site Learning Administrator at St Neots Hospital.

It’s more than just admin. It’s working across the service for all aspects of workforce management, to keep the service moving forward, having a real impact on the smooth running of the centre.

You will be co-ordinating and monitoring the implantation of learning and development initiatives at St Neots Hospital. You will be liaising with the central learning and development function, line managers and approved training providers ensuring training is delivered to high standards.

As a Site Learning Administrator, You Will Be

  • Co-ordinating and organising the local implementation and delivery of the company’s learning and development strategy.
  • Promoting, organising and co-ordinating the My Elysium Learning (MEL) programme ensuring all staff receive the appropriate level and type of training and development required as agreed with the employee’s line manager.
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely recording and reporting of information and statistical data through the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and standard PC applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Liaising with educational establishments, training providers and other related agencies to ensure that local training and development is delivered to time, cost and quality standards in accordance with the company policy and statutory regulations.
  • Providing support, advice and guidance to local line managers existing staff and new recruits on all aspects of learning and development.
  • Co-ordinating and monitoring the staff appraisal process proving advice and guidance on the procedural aspects of the scheme and providing regular status reports on local completing rates.
  • Organising and implementing new starters Inductions.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

  • Secretarial and/or Administration experience
  • 4 GCSE’s at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Awareness and knowledge in following confidentiality and security

St Neots Neurological Centre provides assessment, treatment and complex physical healthcare for men and women with a range of neurological conditions and challenges including progressive neurological conditions such as Huntington’s Disease, acquired brain injury and complex dementias.
