Site Maintenance Opportunity at Gates of St Albans
We are currently seeking a Site Maintenance professional to join our team at Gates of St Albans.
Main duties will include:
- Maintenance of green areas, grass cutting, general interior/exterior cleanliness.
- Routine upkeep of dealership lighting and building maintenance.
- Ad-hoc projects also likely to be required to suit the changing needs of the business.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in a trade such as carpentry, plumbing, building, or roofing would be advantageous.
- The ability to work at height is a requirement (subject to certification).
- A full UK driving licence is essential.

Working Hours: 40 hrs per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: Starting £28,225
