Site Manager - Staircase Installation

A leading architectural metalwork and structural steel specialist is currently looking for a Site Manager to oversee staircase installation works on a high-profile project in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing metalwork contractors, with the potential for long-term work and future permanent opportunities.

  • Salary: £280-£300 per day
  • Location: Central London
  • Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Role

  • Managing staircase installation works on site
  • Overseeing 5-10 operatives and subcontractors
  • Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme
  • Coordinating site activities and maintaining high standards of quality
  • Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and clients where required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction, steelwork, metalwork, or related sectors
  • Valid SMSTS certificate
  • Valid First Aid qualification
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage site teams and maintain health & safety standards
