Site Manager
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the operational delivery of high-quality services. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. If you are someone who thrives in a busy service environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of all hard FM and building service activities across the site
- Lead the health and safety, environmental compliance and quality standards
- Ensure contractual KPI’s and SLA’s are consistently achieved
- Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors ensuring efficient work delivery
- Profit and loss performance and cost control for the site

What are we looking for?
- Strong technical understanding of building services maintenance
- Proven experience managing building services contracts
- Previous experience in a client facing role
Desirable Criteria
- Qualifications in either mechanical or electrical engineering
- SMSTS qualification

- Salary between £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
