Join Next Energy and Help Transform Homes Across the UK

Established in 2016 in Merseyside, Next Energy is a PAS 2030-certified and TrustMark-registered retrofit installer committed to making homes warmer, greener, and more affordable. We deliver a full range of fabric improvements and renewable heating solutions to domestic properties nationwide, working alongside utility providers, local authorities, housing associations, and private homeowners.

Thanks to our highly skilled workforce and commitment to quality, we've built a strong reputation as one of the UK's most trusted specialists in renewable energy, heating, and insulation. As demand for retrofit solutions continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to play a vital role in delivering projects that make a real difference to people's lives.

As a Site Manager

You'll oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of retrofit and energy improvement projects across multiple sites. Working closely with subcontractors, operational teams, residents, and clients, you'll ensure every project is delivered on time, within compliance requirements, and to the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering quality construction or retrofit projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
