Site Manager
£500 per day - outside IR35
UK projects
12 month initial contract with a view to extend
Are you a Site Manager who has experience in successfully managing site operations for Solar/Battery Energy Storage projects? If so, please read on...
Essential skillset:
- At least 8 experience in site management
- At least 5 years’ experience within the renewable energy sector
- Proven track record delivering projects from construction through to commissioning
- Must hold an SMSTS certificate
- Strong understanding of CDM regulations, HSQE standards and UK legislation
- Experience managing project programmes, budgets, resources and cost control
- Ability to support Quantity Surveyors with financial forecasting and monthly progress reporting
- Experience overseeing site inspections, quality assurance and compliance
- Strong understanding of project risk management and mitigation
- Experience overseeing commissioning, testing and handover to operations and maintenance teams
- In-depth understanding of UK planning, grid connection and renewable energy regulations

Desirable skillset:
