Site Manager

£500 per day - outside IR35

UK projects

12 month initial contract with a view to extend

Are you a Site Manager who has experience in successfully managing site operations for Solar/Battery Energy Storage projects? If so, please read on...

Essential skillset:

  • At least 8 experience in site management
  • At least 5 years’ experience within the renewable energy sector
  • Proven track record delivering projects from construction through to commissioning
  • Must hold an SMSTS certificate
  • Strong understanding of CDM regulations, HSQE standards and UK legislation
  • Experience managing project programmes, budgets, resources and cost control
  • Ability to support Quantity Surveyors with financial forecasting and monthly progress reporting
  • Experience overseeing site inspections, quality assurance and compliance
  • Strong understanding of project risk management and mitigation
  • Experience overseeing commissioning, testing and handover to operations and maintenance teams
  • In-depth understanding of UK planning, grid connection and renewable energy regulations
