About The Role
Our Site Managers are a vital part of our business, driving quality outcomes while ensuring the highest standards of safety, health and environmental performance. Working closely with Project Managers, you will play a leading role in delivering projects safely, on time, to budget and to the highest standards of quality.
As Our Site Manager, You Will
- Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries and weekly progress reports.
- Review design drawings for buildability, coordination and efficient delivery.
- Manage the flow of subcontractor design information, as delegated by the Project Manager, to support the construction programme.
- Support the Project Manager and/or Design Manager in producing and monitoring the MIRS.
- Agree and monitor subcontractors' short- and long-term programmes, ensuring performance aligns with project requirements.
- Monitor progress against the contract programme and work with the Project Manager to agree and implement recovery plans where required.
