Site Manager
An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee building services projects across London. You'll manage site activities from mobilisation and planning through to completion, coordinating M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy-related works.
This client-facing role will take responsibility for safe site delivery, subcontractor coordination, quality, programme performance and stakeholder relationships.
The Role
As The Site Manager, You'll
- Manage daily site activities from mobilisation and planning through to completion.
- Coordinate M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy-related works.
- Monitor programmes and address delays, constraints and resource requirements.
- Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel against required standards.
- Monitor workmanship, materials and installations, ensuring defects are addressed promptly.
- Maintain health and safety, statutory compliance, permits and site documentation.
- Manage technical, operational and delivery risks, escalating issues where required.
- Support project managers with progress updates, variations and cost information.

About You
To Be Successful As The Site Manager, You'll Have
- Proven site or project management experience within facilities management or building services.
- Experience delivering M&E, fit-out, asset replacement or energy projects.
- A qualification in project management, building services or an equivalent discipline.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT and security installations.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site delivery.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness covering project costs, risks and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
