The Company

Established in 1998, JSM Group designs and installs the power networks, digital infrastructure and specialist systems that critical industries run on, from high-power grid connections and data centres to renewable energy. Our turnkey teams deliver complex infrastructure at speed, on time, and with reduced legislative, technical and commercial risk.

The Team

Join the Power Operations team at JSM Group Services Ltd., a leading provider of integrated utility infrastructure solutions. Our combination of end-to-end technical expertise, decades of industry experience, and unlimited fresh thinking makes us a trusted partner for the delivery of next-generation connectivity in energy and communications across the UK, Europe and beyond.

Our Power team delivers high-value electrical infrastructure projects for some of the most demanding clients in the sector – from hyperscale data centre operators to major industrial and grid clients. We are building a team of exceptional project management professionals who can drive complex programmes from award through to energisation, and we want people who take real ownership of their projects.

Scope of Role

As a Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations at site level on specifically assigned activities and work streams associated with the contract. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and economic use of resources, materials, transport, plant, and equipment while maintaining compliance with company policies, client specifications, and industry standards. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered incident-free, on time, and within budget.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
