We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy residential construction project in Ludgershall.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works continue safely and efficiently while the permanent Site Manager is away.

- Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with RAMS and project requirements.
- Monitor progress and maintain the construction programme.
- Coordinate labour, materials and deliveries.
- Carry out site inspections and maintain health and safety standards.
- Deal with any day-to-day site issues and liaise with the Project Manager where required.
- Maintain site records, diaries and relevant project documentation.

Requirements
- Previous Site Management experience within residential construction.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confident managing subcontractors and site teams.
- SMSTS – Essential.
- CSCS – Essential.
- First Aid – Essential.
