The Role

As The Site Manager, You'll

  • Manage daily site activities from mobilisation and planning through to completion.
  • Coordinate M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy-related works.
  • Monitor programmes and address delays, constraints and resource requirements.
  • Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel against required standards.
  • Monitor workmanship, materials and installations, ensuring defects are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain health and safety, statutory compliance, permits and site documentation.
  • Manage technical, operational and delivery risks, escalating issues where required.
  • Support project managers with progress updates, variations and cost information.

About You

To Be Successful As The Site Manager, You'll Have

  • Proven site or project management experience within facilities management or building services.
  • Experience delivering M&E, fit-out, asset replacement or energy projects.
  • A qualification in project management, building services or an equivalent discipline.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT and security installations.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site delivery.
  • Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness covering project costs, risks and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
