SITE MANAGER – CAT B OFFICE FIT OUT
Central London | Contract until February 2027 | Up to £325 per day LTD
TyGo Projects is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join us on a CAT B office fit-out project in Central London.
The project covers the full fit out of a circa 1,700m² office floor within a live, occupied commercial building. The successful candidate will be seconded through TyGo and act as the dedicated Site Manager, based on site five days per week for the duration of the project.
Our Project Director will oversee the account and wider delivery, but we need someone solid and dependable on the ground who can take ownership of the day-to-day site operation.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing all day-to-day activity on site
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, deliveries, and site logistics
- Managing inductions, RAMS, permits, and daily briefings
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety, housekeeping, and quality
- Completing daily and weekly site inspections
- Monitoring progress against the programme and highlighting any risks or delays
- Coordinating works within a live, occupied building
- Managing interfaces with the client, facilities team, and wider project team
- Maintaining site records and supporting progress meetings
- Overseeing snagging and driving works through to completion

We are looking for someone with:
- Strong Site Management experience on CAT A or CAT B office fit-out projects
- Experience working in live, occupied commercial environments
- A hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership of the site
- Strong subcontractor coordination and programme management skills
- Good knowledge of RAMS, permit systems, and CDM requirements
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid at Work
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills

- Location: Central London
- Attendance: Five days per week on site
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Until the end of February 2027
- Rate: Up to £325 per day LTD
- Engagement: Seconded TyGo Projects contractor
