Site Manager – Fit-Out

Location: Ipswich, Suffolk

Rate: £300 per day CIS

Start: ASAP

Duration: Until March 2027

Project: Logistics Park Fit-Out

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading facilities management and engineering services provider, supporting the delivery of a fit-out project at a large logistics park in Ipswich.

The position is starting ASAP and is expected to run until March 2027.

The Role

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of fit-out works on site.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered in line with the programme.
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across the project.
  • Review and manage RAMS, site inductions and toolbox talks.
  • Monitor quality, progress and site activities.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team.
  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting using Procore.
  • Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard.

  • Procore Experience Is Essential.
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Black Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Strong subcontractor management and Health & Safety experience.
  • Available to start at short notice.
